Founded by experienced HR and Embassy professionals with over 25 years’ senior leadership experience, CaraHR was established to help healthcare providers move from reactive staffing to sustainable workforce solutions.
We are based in Ireland, with a dedicated recruitment and candidate‑support team in the Philippines, enabling us to source high‑quality healthcare professionals at scale.

Joe Torpey
Joe is an executive leader and HR consultant specialising in organisational strategy and talent development.
Following a corporate HR career, he now partners with small and medium-sized organisations to strengthen human capital and long-term capability.
He holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College Dublin and is a CEDR-accredited Workplace Mediator.
Keith O’Donovan
Keith O’Donovan (FCCA) is a Business Development Partner with CaraHR, bringing a unique blend of professional accounting expertise and deep recruitment experience to our team. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Keith spent over a decade in two Top 10 accountancy practices before moving into senior recruitment and executive search roles.
Keith is known for his personable, relationship‑driven approach and his ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. Before joining CaraHR, Keith founded and led Barracuda Recruitment, where he built a strong reputation for a personable approach in business development, maintaining & retaining client relationships, professionalism, logical thinking, and high‑quality client service.
Mikki Trota
Mikki brings over 14 years of experience in Irish visa processing and consular services.
As Consular Manager in Manila, she oversaw visa operations, consular support, and diplomatic liaison in coordination with Ireland’s foreign affairs network.
Fluent in English, Filipino, and Spanish, she combines strong cross-cultural communication with deep expertise in compliance and client service.
Ana Tolentino
Ana is an administrative and operations leader with over 24 years of experience in people management across diplomatic, manufacturing, and facilities environments.
She held senior management roles within Ireland’s diplomatic service in the Philippines, overseeing visa, consular, and operational functions.
Her cross-sector background enables her to align people and processes to deliver reliable, efficient outcomes.
